One system, every site.
Branch stock lookup from the till, transfer requests picked on the handheld, head-office data synchronisation and one master catalogue shared across every branch, the warehouse and the website. Power your expansion with interconnected operations.
Synchronised, not duplicated.
Quick branch stock check
See every branch's stock from the item screen and the till. Tell the customer which site has it, or transfer it.
Move stock and transactions
Transfer requests and transfer-out with handling charges, inter-branch transfer picking on the handheld, and printed transfer notes.
Synchronised databases
Head-office to branch synchronisation of products, customers and stock, with HQ-deleted item reports and failover checks.
One master catalogue
Shared master catalogue and pricing from the ETABS Hub across all branches, so a price change lands everywhere at once.
Reporting by branch
Sales, stock and till reports by site.
The website is a branch too
Online orders share the same stock file and pipeline, and can be fulfilled from wherever the stock is.
What customers and consultants say
One of the best decisions our company made was to work with ETABS. Stock management, in-store sales, online sales and reporting has never been easier.

Multi-branch questions, answered
Can staff see stock at other branches?
Yes. Branch stock lookup is available from the item screen and from the till, so a customer can be told which branch has the item before they leave the counter.
How do transfers between branches work?
A branch raises a transfer request. The sending branch picks it on the handheld, transfers it out with any handling charge, prints a transfer note, and the receiving branch books it in. Every step is recorded.
Does head office control the product file?
Products, customers and stock synchronise from head office to the branches, with reports for items deleted at head office and failover checks. Branches can either have limited control of product records or full autonomy depending on your requirements.
Does the website count as a branch?
Effectively, yes. The website, the warehouse and every branch share one stock file, one customer file and one order pipeline, so an online order can be fulfilled from wherever the stock is.
